Now we want to bring our experience and build AWS Cloud Solution for the global market.
Your role:
Define the roadmap needed to deliver core functionalities in cooperation with the Lead Architect and Product Owner
Define a new team structure and implement the process for development, testing and deployment
Create a “remote” team that you need to fulfil the roadmap
Manage scrum meetings and delegate tasks to other developers
Perform code review and help less experienced developers grow
