  1. *2021: 2 / 1 = $1.5m Sales = Compensation $120k / Bonus $15k
  2. *2022: 2 / 1 = $1.5m Sales = Compensation $145k / Bonus $30K
  3. *2023: 3 / 1 = $1.75m Sales = Compensation $225k / Bonus $50k

SHARP.PARTNERS have developed a team of highly qualified Director of AI Business Development Executives to accelerate revenue capture for a core suite of robust, vertically-focused enterprise AI software products aligned with common industry use cases, but what we’ve accomplished is just the beginning of what’s possible.

We’re now seeking a dynamic Independent Artificial Intelligence Business Development Executive with an exceptional track record of success selling enterprise-level software solutions to the Healthcare, Finance, Supply Chain, and Energy verticals to help drive the company’s next phase of growth.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Vice President of Sales and the executive leadership team to develop and close new business and accelerating market expansion. The Sales Executive will be part of the team responsible for the direct sales efforts of hospital/healthcare, Finance/Fraud, Supply Chain/Optimization, and Energy/Drilling software product suite.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Leverage to Qualify established business, existing network, customer relationships and new relationships for business development.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor sales funnel of new acquisition targets,
  • Present, promote and sell SHARP.PARTNERS AI Hospital/healthcare, Finance/Fraud, Supply Chain/Optimization, and Energy/Drilling Healthcare Bundled solutions,
  • AI Cost-Benefit, Business Case, ROI, and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to explain value proposition,
  • Coordinate sales effort with SHARP.PARTNERS Digital Media team members,
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activityto modulate sales motion,
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide regular status reports, and
  • Supply Industry Intel with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications Functional Experience

  • 5+ years in B2B Solutions and Software Sales in identified industries,
  • Experience $MM Sales into C-suite/senior client leaders multiple stakeholder decisions,
  • Experience growing revenue from $5M to $15M+, with 20%+ YoY growth; ability to drive growth to $50M+ ( Our Deal Flow Above is VERY Conservative),
  • Ability to create and effectively communicate AI driven value proposition,
  • History of driving double-digit topline growth,
  • Proven track record of engaging with customers to drive retention and expansion,
  • Open, engaging, action-oriented sales professional who inspires and holds others accountable, listens well, and has a high EQ, and
  • Partnership orientation with a history of working across business functions.

Operational Excellence

  • Experience driving sales functions and structures,
  • Experience executing strategic go-to-market operations, processes, and systems,
  • Experience optimizing a process for regular reporting on sales performance, funnel conversion, and forecasted growth,
  • Experience driving processes for net new customer acquisition and customer renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities,
  • History of continuous/constant go-to-market process and strategy improvement,
  • Metrics-Driven Management Style,
  • Data and metrics driven,
  • Track record of improving key sales metrics (overall bookings, ratio of bookings to sales cost, etc.),
  • Experience structuring, tracking, and improving KPIs and metrics, and
  • Experience utilizing sales automation tools and strategies to drive adoption and track progress based on outputs

Outstanding Communication and Leadership Skills (Time to be CANDID)

No more fluff, b.s. Job Description, etc. This position is for hunters that have roladexes, LinkedIN connections, and relationships to leverage AND/OR hitters that can grind the appropriate sales activity level, with the right message, to the right decision makers. Our Technical Partners/Sales Engineers will drive the deal home.

SHARP.PARTNERS will not be training on Sales, Business Development, and/or ALL of the required Communication, Leadership, etc. Like I said, we need hitters that can get deals going. We will focus on the Artificial Intelligence technical differentiators which are very wide and deep. Our tech is VERY unique. Better than EVERYTHING out there. Once you're QUALIFIED with inked NDA, we will explain, and show you why. Look at the bullets, (after comp. detail)...NO AI, ML, Analystics, etc. competitor has the design, engineering, development with decades of Phd's working on this platform, etc. that you will be selling. I'm NOT trying to sell you. Just #'s of man-years in development.

FYI, I've worked/hired/managed/etc. BIG 6 Consulting, Top Tier Integrators, Start-ups, etc. (Carried a $15m bag with $476k OTE in 2003 for Cap Gemini /E&Y) I know this position can enable someone who knows Solutions Sales a few hundred grand Year 1, if you know clients well and can get them to a DEMO. This AI ENGINE will sell against ALL the others. Just got get them to see it.
