Zone & Co is looking for an experienced NetSuite Support professional to join our ERP Professional Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with plenty of growth potential. The ideal candidate will have several of the following skills/experience:

Job Description:

As a NetSuite Support & Optimization Manager you will work with customers to gather requirements and develop solutions for projects, configure new and existing NetSuite Implementations, consult with clients on system changes and processes and provide technical assistance to the Sales team to help sell our software and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in NetSuite optimization and administration for their clients, and will work alongside customers to implement, customize, and support product systems on the business NetSuite platform. We are looking for candidates who are willing to continuously learn and improve as the company grows ensuring customer centricity is at the forefront of the business. 

The responsibilities of a NetSuite Support & Optimization Manager include but is not limited to:

  • Providing day-to-day technical application support
  • Initiate, drive, and complete projects under minimum supervision
  • Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite in area of expertise
  • Collaborate with other consultants by performing technical and administrative tasks
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop solutions that meet business requirements
  • Consult users in developing/refining their processes around NetSuite best practices
  • Conduct testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Properly document system changes and solutions provided to customers
  • Communicate effectively with the customers on status of work being performed
  • Gather Requirements and guide the customer through documenting their needs.
  • Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.
  • Provide focused training to clients in their environment.
  • Manage and mentor a remote team to keep communication and utilization at designated ranges
  • Own and manage a case system, assigning cases to consultants on your team

The ideal NetSuite Support & Optimization Manager will have several of the following skills/experience:

  • 2+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator, supporting, configuring, and optimizing the system
  • Extensive experience with accounting and financial records
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team in high-volume support and optimization requests
  • Proven experience and expertise in assisting with the design and development of financial and operational reports
  • Solid experience in Change Management, Business Process Mapping, and Project Management
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience building NetSuite saved searches and reports
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Comfortable leading calls to support and/or scope optimization projects
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Experience working and managing remotely
  • Experience with Advanced Revenue Management
  • Experience with SuiteFlow workflows
  • NetSuite Certification(s)
