Founded in 2002 by Lily Thomas, Innovate! Inc. is more than a consulting company. We are a certified woman and minority-owned consulting firm with an award-winning history of delivering state-of-the-art services and solutions to Federal, State, Tribal, and local government clients. We also serve the private industry, with a special focus on transportation, healthcare, higher education, and utilities. Our portfolio of services consists of Cloud Advisory Services, Geospatial Solutions, Information Technology, Business Consulting, and Innovate Business Operations Platform.
We are committed to the success of our clients and deliver innovative solutions that solve management, technology, and program challenges while providing low total cost of ownership solutions so our clients can re-direct their precious resources to protecting human health and the environment. We employ a multi-disciplinary team of over 130 technical experts, regulatory specialists, project and program management consultants, information technology (IT), geospatial professionals, and communications and outreach strategists. We start by understanding our customers’ business objectives and don’t stop until they get maximum value. We identify our client’s needs and provide solutions that meet new challenges with confidence and agility.

Corporate Citizenship
As a green company – Innovate takes health and environmental issues to heart. We sponsor a 501c (3) organization, the Global Cooling Network, that works to preserve forested land in its natural undeveloped state. We design, develop, and implement systems and processes to monitor environmental risks. We also bring a global, analytical perspective to large-scale threats to human health.
