he role includes the following areas of responsibility:
- Responding to Service Support incidents, remediating issues accordingly within the agreed SLAs and escalating where appropriate to Leadership
- Deliver planned changes such as configuration tasks, adhering to our change control methodologies and leveraging the associated tools to ensure quality of the release.
- Responding to queries from the Super User community within our Resourcing (DART & DMS) and Procurement teams
- Monitoring system performance and undertaking specialised reporting as required
- Supporting the testing phases associated with regular SaaS Release adoption, maintaining systems documentation and support materials accordingly.
- Keeping abreast of the Fieldglass Technology Roadmap from SAP.
- Identify and logging opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
- Compliance with Deloitte standards, external regulatory and statutory requirements
