We are looking for smart leaders with excellent project management abilities and a consistent track record of delivering results. You will work closely with Engineering teams to develop and own the execution of standard methodologies to guide the organization through various stages of the development life-cycle.
The ideal candidate will be able to mentor teams as well as drive cross-functional projects and key operational processes in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes having a proven ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and communicate with peers, outside teams and executive staff.
7+ years working as a program manager with engineering teams
• Proven ability to drive complex/large scale projects and problem solving skills
• Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies: Scrum and/or other iterative development methodologies preferred.
• Self-motivated and not afraid to seek unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action.
