Data & More is a data privacy company with HQ in Denmark and remote developers, where the majority comes from Serbia and Croatia. 

Data & More have developed and sold on-premise data privacy solutions focusing on GDPR Compliance during the last four years. The focus has been on building enterprise integration, data pipelines and data classification.

Now we want to bring our experience and build AWS Cloud Solution for the global market.

 

Your role:

  • Define the roadmap needed to deliver core functionalities in cooperation with the Lead Architect and Product Owner
  • Define a new team structure and implement the process for development, testing and deployment
  • Create a “remote” team that you need to fulfil the roadmap
  • Manage scrum meetings and delegate tasks to other developers
  • Perform code review and help less experienced developers grow

Meet our requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience on Team Lead role
  • 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, Go
  • AWS Cloud Expertise
  • Experience SQL and No-SQL databases
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Good English skills
