Job Description

This position is for a Program Manager who will be part of the Global Functions IT Leadership team and responsible for cross functional Strategic Programs driven out of Global Functions IT . The role requires a seasoned IT Program Manager with a strong technical background with one or more technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive IT strategy and planning for Global Functions IT
  • Ownership for Strategic Projects/Programs
  • Drive continuous Improvement in Operations and Projects
  • Develop strong Business relationships with the Business Units, drive stakeholder communications/meetings
  • Coordinate with all Global Functions IT leads to track Headcount, Budget and Org Management
  • Drive the planning and execution of Transformation projects to optimize the Systems landscape
  • Support the engagement with third party System Integrators, drive escalations and ensure adherence to SLA's
  • Track operational metrics, ensure systems are staying within their SLA's for availability and performance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related area of study
  • 10+ years of IT Project/Project Management experience
  • Strong Technical background in one or more Technology areas
  • Background in large scale IT applications implementation/roll out, preferably in SAP and related technologies
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Possess excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong at developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives from Business teams
  • Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to succinctly communicate strategy and plans to senior leaders
  • Ability to see the details and the big picture equally well, solid decision making skills
  • Ability to identify gaps in operational processes or projects and drive improvement initiatives
  • Self-driven, confident and solid time management skills
  • Ability to pull large, diverse groups together (virtually or in-person)to drive problem resolution or decision making
