Job Description


  • Apply your deep functional knowledge of Back-Office, Middle-Office Applications and business processes and contributes to the architecture design of Finance Core IT Solution
  • Explore solution capabilities, systems, and data sources to be included to fulfil new business requirements
  • Identify organization information, metrics and document business processes
  • Lead the design process, Application Lifecycle Management and data migration strategy
  • Understand in-depth Solution implementation in order to guide decisions during fit-gap analysis.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, determine feasibility of requirement and address functional gaps through alternate solutions
  • Leverage Architecture and technologies of Finance applications to provide best response to the desired high-level organizational business processes
  • Define and document API & integration patterns, data, and security model for IT Finance Solutions
  • Design solution enhancement and follow-up on the build activities with development teams.
  • Review and validate solution design performed by third parties
  • Interact with business solution team to understand expectation and requirements.
  • Provide estimates for solution components and migration efforts for new requirements
  • Interact with Software and API Developers to provide consolidated estimates for new requirements
  • Produce and records all methodology-related deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and meet audits requirements
  • Liaise with vendors/editors to ensure appropriate resolution of issues raised by business user
  • Perform testing and provide support to end-user tests


  • Analyzing business processes and functional requirements with the Business and IT stakeholders
  • Use the high-level business requirements and produce an application design describing the recommended solution/changes to the existing solution(s) and acceptance criteria
  • Document architecture design defining the interactions among databases, application packages, and middleware systems for use cases and business requirements coverage.
  • Facilitate the understanding of the business and functional requirements by the development teams to ensure proper implementation
  • Gather business and technical requirements to design and deliver appropriate APIs
  • Document API & high-level Integration patterns (in sync with Data Integration Platform)
  • Document mapping and all API Functional/Technical specification
  • Document Integration flows from/with Finance solutions
  • Ensure the technical integration solution supports the business solution requirements
  • Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit as well as financial legal requirements (e.g. statutory, reporting, tax etc.)
  • Support Go-Live of ERP solutions and troubleshoot data migration
  • Translating business requirements and produce solution paper design describing the recommended solution/changes to the existing solution(s) and acceptance criteria
  • Leading the development team to deliver the designed solutions based on well-described detailed functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Following Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN methodologies
  • Collaborative and fruitful working relationship/partnership with the preferred IT supplier
  • Collaborative and fruitful partnership with the Business stakeholders


  • Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM certifications are highly valuable but not essential
  • ITIL 3 certification
  • Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer/data science alternatively a master’s degree in business, economics or similar supplemented with computer science degrees or certifications.


  • Proven experience in the role of Oracle PeopleSoft Finance Senior Functional consultant, developer, or solution architect is desirable, similar experience in any other ERP system is valuable
  • Experience in building staffing and workforce solutions covering all categories of employed and non-employed work including temporary staffing, independent contracting, and other types of contingent labour
  • Experience managing a number of potentially complex implementations on a variety of Windows and UNIX platforms
  • Expose to enterprise environments incorporating Web, Database, ERP, CRM Messaging and Unix/AD deployments
  • Experience in Oracle messaging technologies: Integration Broker, REST base Webservices…
  • Experience working in global context (Core template definition or implementation, country deployment of a core model)
  • Experience working with global teams including offshore component
  • Ability to run internal or external workshops to small audiences
  • PeopleSoft Finance functional and technical expertise
  • Structured and disciplined approach in management of workload
  • Ability to work independently to design and present solutions
  • Ability to provide guidance on complex business requirements and issues
  • Flexible attitude and capacity for absorbing information and keeping current with industry trends and technology
  • Writing procedural documentation with strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Good interpersonal relation skills, effective communication
