Job Description

Experience: 7+ years

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service configuration and customization on cloud

  • Works with team to define solutions and plan Azure/Dynamics CRM implementations

  • Actively manages projects: Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected quality guidelines and is completed on time

  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues/risks, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of CRM projects

  • Understands native functionality versus what would need to be customised or added

  • Knowledge of the latest Dynamics 365 for Customer Service functionality/feature sets, use of O365 components and best-in-class add-ons and products

  • Has worked with Dynamics CRM backend SQL Server data entities

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

  • Meets deliverable targets and complete project tasks with satisfaction

  • ITIL or ITSM Certifications are preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Azure and related technology project with sound solution architecture understanding

  • Ability to manage all defined SLAs, Ability to drive teams to resolutions

  • Experienced in development of the Web applications as main architect or technical lead

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and TFS

  • Experience in managing and conducting end-user training

  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, mapping them to the system’s capabilities, conducting fit-gap analysis, and documenting solution design, application design document.

  • Experience in managing Go-Live artefacts i.e. Run books, deployment guide, UAT Test cases, operational handover documents and checklist documents
