Looking for a passionate and analytically minded Customer Experience (CX) designer (UX/UI). This is a professional role for a trained and experience Voice of the Customer (VoC) Analyst.
You will be translating analysis and research into actionable insights for product design. You will be consulting on design on delivery of reports, external and internal. You will apply your education, training, and experience in Human Computer Interaction principles (HCI) globally.
Experience conveying design solutions including wire frames, prototypes, and other design documents using programs such as Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch or Adobe XD.
3-5 years in User Research
Experience with HCI principles
Experience advising on product management – direction, design, best practices
Experience working both design and development teams to optimize customer experience
