Role: Oracle EBS Financial Functional

SkyBridge is seeking for an Oracle EBS Financial Functional who will support Oracle E-Business Suite, Basware Imaging solution and integrated applications environment with a team of technical and functional professionals.
Work with a team of on and off-shore consultants and work directly with the organization’s business partners.
Work with functional/technical team to support complex Oracle environment, along with strong hands-on functional/technical skills with Oracle EBS Suite.
Candidate will perform hands on service delivery and operations with a set of resources supporting Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications.
Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations including department heads, consultants, vendors and internal management teams.
Serve as support to the business team and perform tasks required to implement, support, configure and enhance Oracle EBS and related products.
Provide support for Oracle GL, PA, FA, PO, AP, Sub-Ledger Accounting, Basware and Workflow
Under general supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives through research as well as utilize your understanding of the applicable business systems and industry requirements
Lead by example in providing strong functional leadership directing hands on configuration, conversion and process design in the Oracle landscape.
Leverage Functional and Technical experience with the applications to develop specifications, partner with on and off shore contractors and collaborate on team solutions.
Translate high-level business requirements to functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications
Test solutions and deliver end products to the business community
Train users on business process functionality
Analyze and understand Finance / Accounting strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for automating processes and functions
Bachelor Degree/MBA in Finance/Accounting
Should carry a minimum of 7 + years of experience in Oracle Financials in various version including R11/R12
R12 experience is must. Experience in working in Oracle GL/PC/FA/PO/AP modules
Have experience of working in min 1 large end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation or Rollout
Should have experience working in min 1 Oracle Support projects
Good understanding of support processes, SLA and Ticket resolution process
Experience in providing functional support to business users
Serve as a liaison between the Finance function and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.
Strong communication, and past experience of managing Oracle support for Finance business users
Experience in large or medium sized consulting performing ERP implementations with multiple implementations and upgrades of Oracle EBS.
Experience with imaging solutions for payables and receivables, interface integration and external data warehouse reporting solutions
Previous advertising/media experience.
