Job Description:
Minimum 4-5 years SAP C4C consulting experience
Experience in breaking down business problems/requirements into functional and technical requirements.
At least 3 end to end SAP C4C Implementations experience in Sales /Service Cloud.
Sales (working knowledge of opportunity, quote, sales order, billing)
Service (working knowledge of service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints etc.)
Should be willing to support the solution in the pre-sales process C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts) Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI Knowledge of dashboards and reports within SAP C4C.
Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues.
Excellent client facing and presentation skills Open for Travel for short duration Good Communication skills.
