About the job

The IFS Project Management consultant is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and support of projects related to the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance modules within the IFS ERP system. The role will maintain the Project Charter, Plan, Budget, and Timeline. Candidate will support a variety of IFS projects, including upgrades, optimizations, enhancements, and implementations of new modules and versions of the system.

The IFS Project Management consultant is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and support of projects related to the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance modules within the IFS ERP system. The role will maintain the Project Charter, Plan, Budget, and Timeline. Candidate will support a variety of IFS projects, including upgrades, optimizations, enhancements, and implementations of new modules and versions of the system.

Daily Activities Include
  • Development of project materials, including Project Charter, Project Plan, Timeline, Budget, etc.
  • Communication and collaboration with outside Vendors and project teams, as required
  • Coordination and allocation of project resources, and collaboration with Leadership to ensure proper coverage
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation for system users
  • Facilitation of project meetings, including coordinating schedules, booking meeting rooms, development of slide deck, presentation of material, and leading discussions
  • Participation in a variety of meetings, including SCRUM, Key Stakeholder, Leadership, etc.
  • Maintenance of the Project Plan, including regular updates on progress
  • Collaboration with all departments and personnel, such as Technology, Finance, Operations, Distribution, and End-Users
Qualifications
  • Required Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 5 year of experience as a Project or Solutions Manager within ERP systems, with at least 5 year of IFS experience (Min. version 8)
  • Experience with the full SDLC (Planning, analysis, design, build, test, and maintenance)
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations and/or upgrades
