The Global Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing and developing a sales enablement process that strengthens the skills and success of sellers across businesses and regions for competitive advantage. This individual will partner closely with the sales organizations, internal departments, and external vendors to deliver content that enables sales force effectiveness for our sales organization. This role will work with multiple teams across the globe to the scope and manage sales assets/content sales enablement tools focused on driving sales/channel pipeline development and increased bookings. This role supports the businesses to attract, onboard, and optimize sales talent.
The ideal candidate is an enablement subject matter expert in selling skills, sales methodology, and what salespeople need to successfully execute in their role. This candidate has proven experience in the creation and delivery of high-impact sales training, an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the sales cycle, and exhibits an authentic desire to participate in the success of others.
Create and implement Enablement Programs for Sales Managers addressing proficiency gaps spanning solution selling skills, product knowledge, customer pains, and operational efficiency to improve sales productivity
Be responsible for the creation of sales rankings/reward programs.
Collaborate with other functions to improve sales attrition rates
Deliver programs that ensure Sales Managers are developing and mentoring salespeople to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve high-performance metrics.
Identify sales strengths, weaknesses, and areas of ongoing sales behavioral skills development.
Stay current on company procedures, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, processes, and industry-related information.
Define and create external, customer-facing enablement materials to support sales culture
Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment juggling and executing on multiple priorities
Experience building, delivering, and monitoring successful sales support programs that included a solution/value selling framework, sales enablement tool kits, and effective metrics and reinforcement that changed sales behavior and improved outcome.
Excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audience
Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working with others in a collaborative manner – acting as a team player will be an essential component.
Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success.
A consultative approach to the role and ability to work cross-functionally
Reporting / Location:
This role will report directly to the IFPS Strategic Marketing Director.
The preferred location is in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; however, candidates in Ashland, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Vantaa, Finland; or Trondheim, Norway, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
