Profile: ERP Business Development Manager/ Tele Marketing Manager
Experience – 3-5 Years
Salary: Up to 6.00 LPA
Location – Indore
Roles & Responsibilities :-
-Lead generation from direct sources, telemarketing and with the ----help of telemarketing executives .
-Qualifying the enquiries based on the suitability
-Co-ordinating with Sales team for arranging the Demo’s to the prospects.
-Co-ordinating with the prospects to Close the Deals.
-Writing tele marketing scripts and customer answer sheets.
-Implementing Telesales strategies.
-Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
-Monitoring the performance of the telesales team.
-Setting weekly and monthly targets for BDE and TSE.
-Learn and understand the main benefits of NWAY ERP Products
-Work closely with the Sales team to arrange webinars on NWAY ERP Products.
-Hire and Train BDE and TSE.
-Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
-Monitor and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and --compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports to Senior Sales Manager/ CEO
Work closely with Digital marketing team for In-bound lead qualification
