As the ERP Project Manager, you will orchestrate the delivery of solutions to support data driven decision making. You will identify the business-driven requirements and work with the Analytics team to identify and deliver solutions. You will also present solutions and work with stakeholders to optimize selection and implementation. Additionally, you will:
- Manage team tasks and priorities with Agile techniques to implement solutions and continuous enhancement along with follow ups
- Manage priorities and resources (both internal and external) to deliver projects and ensure successful outcomes
- Manage Jira board and play Scrum Master role in huddles
- Manage priorities for analytic system fixes and enhancements
- Provide solution documentation
- Implement efficient solutions with minimum workarounds
- Maximize stakeholder engagement
- Provide resources to users to assist with solution adoption
- Monitor support tickets
- Proactively identify ways of improving service to customers
- Proactively pick up tasks that need doing
- Coordinate team tasks to deliver SLAs as per current ticketing system
- Maintain awareness of and compliance with company quality control, compliance, confidentiality, and intellectual property policies
- Maintain all files and records in an accurate manner to ensure ease of retrieval of information
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of records and data
- Keep close communications with other divisions to deploy solutions, changes, and fixes as required by the business
- Maintain and enhance reporting and BI systems without business interruption/disruption
- Manage external vendor relationships to ensure quality delivery is achieved
- Manage change management processes
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- Knowledge of Agile best practices, analytical systems (S&OP, FP&A, ERP, Microsoft Stack), and BI
- Project management skills (solution specification)
- Experience with Agile work processes
- Experience with change management processes
- Experience with support at all user levels
- Effective and quick troubleshooting abilities
