Job Description:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or equivalent) strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance field in a Food/Dairy Industry, developing, leading, and executing proven maintenance reliability programs preferred
• Knowledge, understanding, and passion for continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of the cost drivers of Maintenance in manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of SAP PM & MM Module to mine and analyze data for trends/reports
• Project Engineering/Management
• TPM experience
* Proficient with SAP PM & MM modules, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
