Job Description
SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager
Must Have Skills:
Project Manager will work as part of PMO Team to manage a Global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Project and own responsibility of day-to-day management and execution of the project throughout the project lifecycle
Will have previously managed at least 3 SAP implementation projects with onshore/offshore delivery model, including 1 S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
Experience monitoring progress of team members, holding team accountable for achieving goals and redirect efforts when goals are not met
Broad knowledge of SAP ERP modules with different versions is preferred.
Ability to drive business transformation
Ability to lead workshops, keep the focus on the planned agenda and achieve planned workshop outcomes.
Experience using SAP Solution Manager for Best Practices, Implementation Documentation, Business Process Documentation
Work closely with SAP architects, technical teams, functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables.
Lead the delivery team, create a friendly and collaborative project environment, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance.
Responsible to track progress, manage Delivery Execution, Risk and Issue Management
Project Manager should have extensive SAP Project Management experience
Experience with Global Rollout of SAP using a Global Template approach.
Extensive experience with SAP Activate Methodology along with use of Agile/Scrum principles.
Communicate effectively with client and Project Stakeholders regarding the SAP Project, Technology Solutions and SAP Business Application Solutions being delivered.
Responsibilities:
· 10+ years of successful experience with SAP projects.
· Minimum of 5 years of SAP Program/Project Management experience with 3 or 4 Full Lifecycle Implementations.
· Must have SAP S/4HANA project management experience.
· Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution and possess good communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with team development skills and make effective presentations and lead design workshops with clients/customer project teams.
