SAP Signavio Delivery Specialist with Process Mining

Description:

In this role, the candidate is responsible for delivering SAP Signavio solutions and working with clients to implement Solution Strategies, POCs, and POVs around Business Process Intelligence (BPI).

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes.
  • You will use the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence solution, process mining concepts and other process analytics techniques to implement process improvements and business excellence.
  • You will lead, design and implement customer-specific process improvement solutions around SAP Signavio.
  • You will support our SAP BPI Presales specialists in Sales Pursuit activities, including Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives.
  • You will direct and manage consulting projects with our BPI clients, including business requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, and solution deployment.
  • You will collaborate with our Offerings team to define new offering ideas and features for future releases.
  • You will interface with clients during PoC/PoV projects both onsite and remotely.
  • You will support the Global Presales Team in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) that involve SAP Signavio solutions.
  • You will be responsible for managing Fujitsu’s Signavio environment.
  • You will assist at trade shows, user conferences, webinars, etc.
  • You will share knowledge and be an active team player to help the team meet company objectives.
  • Self-motivated, you will show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
  • Be an active leader and team player to help develop and help grow Fujitsu’s BPI team.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of successful Enterprise Solution Consulting experience.
  • You understand key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA including data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Experience with SQL, database technologies and ETL tools.
  • Solid understanding of BPI and BPM concepts, including BPM Notation (BPMN).
  • Hands on knowledge of SiGNAL and/or SQL programming languages.
  • You have deep knowledge of SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (PI) module.
  • Hands on knowledge and delivery experience around other SAP Signavio modules, such as Process Modeler (PM), Process Governance (PG), Journey Modeler (JM) and Collaboration Hub.
  • Preferably previous team lead responsibilities.
  • You maintain a strong business acumen and have strong analytical skills.
  • You have a proven track record delivering Value Engineering (VE) projects.
  • You possess an innate curiosity for technology and understanding of clients’ business challenges
  • You have willingness to travel at least 75% of the time and enjoy a virtual sales environment

Nice to Have: 

  • SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge – preferred modules are FI, CO, PP, PM, MM and SD.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP Process Insights is a plus.
  • PMP or SCRUM Master certifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience with other Process Mining tools, such as Celonis.

  • Portugal or UK (Fluent English language required).
