Double Good grew over 40% in 2022 and we are on track to do that again this year. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an ERP Manager of Applications to manage, direct, and support deployment, maintenance and other services related to the software applications used within the organization. Reporting into the VP of IT, this person will be an integral part of our transition and implementation to a new ERP system.
This role will be based out of our Burr Ridge or Elmhurst facility. Must be willing to be at either facility 5 days/week.
About the role:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using D365 F&O technology.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of D365 F&O features, capabilities, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that solutions are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Provide functional guidance and support to development teams and ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the design and implementation of functional solutions.
- Perform functional testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions that can help improve business processes.
Experience & Skills we value:
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have manufacturing experience, ideally in a food and beverage company
- Experience leading and ERP transition with a strong understand of Business processes Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Shipping
- Experience with D365 F&O / AX
- Knowledge on DevOps - Azure Repos, Pipelines, Source control, branching, etc.
- Knowledge on Logic Apps, Microsoft Flow, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Integration APIs - Business Events, DMF API, Recurring API, Custom services and OData.
- Experience with data migration using D365 F&O Data Management Framework (DMF)
- B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- Previous experience in managing offshore teams and vendors
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional projects
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Managing teams and vendors both on-shore and offshore.
- D365 F&O certification is preferred
