About the role
Join the Technology and Business Optimization team in the Business Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors position. In this role, you will ensure effective delivery of business expertise and support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resources system SAP SuccessFactors, as well as any tools and interfaces that are integrated with our platform.
This is a temporary position until December 2024.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and documentation of functional business requirements, process controls, analysis tools and solutions, which include enhancements, changes or fixes to business systems in collaboration with senior staff, clients, and IT.
- Develop detailed work plans, project deliverables and project management processes.
- Ensure user acceptance testing is conducted to address any potential issues businesses may have and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
- Provide assessment of applications, tools and/or business system activities related to delivery of services to internal and/or external parties.
- Provide technical expertise on statistical reporting tools and applications and identify opportunities for automation of functions/processes.
- Liaise with internal and/or external clients, stakeholders and/or third-party suppliers in the maintenance, monitoring and resolution of problems related to business systems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and synthesize recommendations for senior management as opportunities present themselves that best serve the overall objectives of CMHC and its clients.
- Play a mentor role within the team by providing coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer where necessary.
What you should have:
- An Undergraduate degree in a related field such as management of information systems, computer science, business administration or commerce.
- A minimum of five years experience in implementing changes to enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, CRM, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supporting and working with SAP Success Factors, Boomi, Azure, Power Apps or equivalent experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Project management skills acquired through the management of small to medium-sized projects.
- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities with ability to interface and work with colleagues, always showing tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills with the ability to reason logically and recognize assumptions.
It would be great if you also had:
- A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
