How you'll make your mark:

•    You will leverage technical expertise and industry best practices to recommend solution
•    You will support and interface with key Sales and Distribution processes, spanning across Quote to Cash on SAP S/4 and related technologies. 
•    You will effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize issues and Monitoring queues and monitor outputs from the team.
•    You will interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems. 
•    You will use extensive Order Management business knowledge at domain level and drive change management and business adoption of technologies.
•    You will perform analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
•    You will design complex cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver.
•    You will provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.

 About you:

  • You have deep knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting SAP Services Management experience in –
    • Service Contracts, Entitlements, Service Orders, Renewals, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Equipment and  Serial Numbers, Returns, Repairs
    • Attributed Based Modeling
    • Knowledge on troubleshooting interface is a must - EDI, Odata, Webservices etc
    • ABAP knowledge is a strong plus
  • You have desirable to have knowledge in:
    • Enterprise & Organization structure
    • Sales Documents Types:  Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping & Billing (Invoices, Credit & Debit Memos)
    • Document Outputs: Output Types, Output Determination
    • Master Data: Business Partners, Materials
    • Pricing,   Inter-company Billing
  • You have a knowledge of EDI, Web services, BAPI’S, OData Services, CDS Views, AMDP’s, implicit and explicit enhancements in S&D Module
  • You have experience with SAP S4 HANA.
  • You must have detailed knowledge of SAP ECC SD / MM/ Financial integration.
  • You must have proven track record of delivery and working in large scale SAP ERP solutions across the Sales and Distribution domain.
  • You have experience working with multiple IT service providers in a fast paced large scale environment
