Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Mohali
Primary Function:
 Leading delivery of strategically important deals in the SAP Field Service Line of Business
 Working with the Delivery Teams to ensure sold projects are successfully delivered
 Support the solution in the pre-sales process to win the deal
 Maintaining executive level relationships with the stakeholders
 Maintaining relationships with the SAP capability teams
 Building our capabilities across teams, by facilitating CoE activities like training, Demo setups, POC's
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
 Educated to degree level or equivalent
 At least 12-15 years of SAP implementation experience with functional consulting, configuration, and solution design & implementation experience.
 The candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Service Management module and having worked as Service Management SME
 At least 6-8 years of SAP CS and SAP PM followed by 2-3 years of Field Service (core system) implementation experience is needed with
 architecture, design, development, configuration, integration, and support experience
 Should have lead 4+ large scale end to end Cloud Service & Field Service projects both in senior solution architect and project leadership roles
 Experience in solution development, presentations, and walkthroughs to stakeholders
 The leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
 Configured Service Tickets, Service Order, and Service Confirmation
 Having experience and good understanding of ECC/CRM Service Management - Service Order, Service Confirmation, Logistics Integration (Inventory Management, ATP, Reservations and PR/PO), Pricing, ERP/CRM Billing, Amount Allocation, Service Contract, Complaints, Returns, Warranty management, Service Products and Install base.
 Excellent understanding of integration architecture of service objects.
 Good Understanding of end to end business processes like Installation, repair, Maintenance
 Has experience in conducting requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, business blueprint, functional design workshops, configuration, implementation, cutover, support and change management
 Additionally, experience in SAP FSM solution be a plus
 SAP Field Service Management/ Core systems certification would be a plus (Certification is good to have & not mandatory)
 Excellent English communication(Verbal & Written) skills are required
